Sentient Solutions, An Ascend Company, is a provider of outsourced accounting services and process automation for CPA firms across the United States.

The company combines advanced technologies such as RPA, AI, and ML with India’s skilled financial talent to deliver scalable, accurate, and cost-effective accounting solutions.

With over 25 years of combined expertise, Sentient was entering a new phase of growth. Its new Hyderabad office created the right opportunity to bring its brand identity, culture, and vision into a more visible and consistent form.

About The Client

The Challenge

Sentient had secured a new office space in Hyderabad, but the physical environment did not yet reflect the energy, culture, and ambition of the brand.

The office walls were blank. The visual identity needed a more modern and scalable expression. The digital presence did not fully reflect the company’s growth story. The team also lacked a standardized brand kit that could bring consistency across internal and external touchpoints.

The Smarketers built a complete brand activation program for Sentient Solutions.

The team visited the office, reviewed the space, understood wall dimensions, studied traffic flow, observed lighting conditions, and identified what each space needed to communicate.

This helped ensure that every design was built for the actual physical environment and not just for presentation mockups.

The Smarketers reviewed Sentient’s brand guidelines, mission, vision, values, and tagline.

Multiple design directions were explored across different themes, including global connectivity, diversity, collaboration, motivation, Indian cultural roots, and Sentient’s forward-looking growth story.

Each wall was planned as a distinct storytelling canvas while still staying connected to the overall brand identity.

Iteration and alignment

The designs went through review, feedback, and refinement cycles to make sure every visual element worked for the space and aligned with Sentient’s leadership expectations.

This ensured the final output felt polished, meaningful, and true to the brand.

Phase 1: Bringing the New Office to Life

The first phase focused on transforming the primary office spaces, including the reception area, collaboration zones, and workstation walls.

Each wall was designed with a specific purpose.

Logo Revamp

As part of the engagement, The Smarketers also led a logo revamp for Sentient.

The old identity was a text-led wordmark. The refreshed identity introduced a distinctive ascending mark that symbolized growth, precision, and forward momentum.

Standardized HTML email signatures for employees, created with the new logo, contact details, and consistent formatting.

Professional business cards designed in the refreshed brand colors with logo placement, contact information, and An Ascend Company co-branding.

Branded letterhead templates for proposals, official communications, and client-facing documents.

On-brand policy document templates to ensure internal communications also reflected the refreshed brand identity.

Branded desktop screensavers in light and dark themes for employee devices.

A full stationery suite including pens, mugs, ID cards, and lanyards with consistent brand application.
