Objective

Motiveminds, in collaboration with SAP, approached The Smarketers to organize an in-person event at Taj Malabar, Kochi and gave the target persona to be used for the outreach. The goal was to attract target audiences from Kochi to attend the event.

Challenges

OUR APPROACH

The Smarketers team created and filtered the database. The team used various methods and tools to capture the appropriate contacts of HR and Business Leaders.

We developed personalized and customized messages for different channels.

The team worked on an effective outreach plan that included ads, emailing, LinkedIn, Warm Calling, and sending out invites.
Our graphic designers designed digital creatives for social media campaigns, banners, standees, invitations, entry pass, and other event-related deliverables.
Our team designed and developed a landing page for promoting the event and capturing registrations.
The LinkedIn event page was built to capture the registrants directly from LinkedIn.
Gift hampers were arranged and ensured they reached the venue before the start of the event.
We created content for posts, captions, videos, and landing pages.

Moderated and managed the event end to end, including AVs, Audio, F&B, and welcome desk.
