About the Client

SunTec is a product company offering cloud-based pricing and billing products to help organizations take a customer-first approach to expand their user base, boost ROI, and create rich customer experiences. Its products are focused on the BFSI, Telco, and Travel industries.

Challenge

Since the client caters to the BFSI sector, its products and technology usage is determined by stringent regulatory guidelines. Due to the sensitive nature of their operations, they needed a consultancy partner that understands the domain's nitty-gritty and streamlines their marketing processes via effective HubSpot implementation.

Approach

Our team used the standard implementation, emphasizing workflows capturing consumer consent. We created an integrated workflow for data validation, ensuring the relevance of their massive database (approx. 50,000) by renewing user consent periodically.

Implementation Overview

MAP Migration from Act-On

Our HubSpot implementation process started with contact importing and migration from Act-on. We created migrate forms, HubSpot lists, automation emails, and newsletter emails, along with other necessary automation functions for lead capturing, conversion, and content, engagement.

Database Management

The following stage involved a series of actions for seamless integration, such as installing HubSpot tracking code, filtering internal traffic, and configuring marketing email account settings, email-sending domain, & primary domain. We integrated the client’s social & ad accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Ads, and AdRoll), Salesforce CRM & sales tools, and webinar tools & meeting calendars. As the final step, the team migrated all content assets to HubSpot.

For enhanced automation and reporting capabilities, we added contact owners, created follow-up workflows for gated assets, designed the lead scoring setup, configured reports and dashboards on a requirement-based model, and defined the lifecycle stage customizations and CTAs for the site. We dedicated four hours to give the client’s team a comprehensive walkthrough of the platform and its capabilities.
